Shipping Process
& Order Form
- Check your masks for previous weld breaks, bends or any demage. Can not be reconditioned.
- Fill the order form. Sign and include a copy in box of your shipment.
- Ship to: 214 Hudson Circle, Anderson SC 29625
- When reconditioning is complete, we will manage the return shipment. Payment in full is due prior to our returning your facemasks.
